Job Descrption

• Responsible for all mechanical as well as Electrical maintenance of production equipment’s, utility equipment’s, daily breakdown maintenance, maintenance breakdown analysis.
• Maintenance budget making and get the approval from management, maintenance cost monitoring.
• Making a MRM presentation and monitor the key maint.points
• Planning of maintenance based on MTBF.
• Implementation of energy conservation kaizen and monitor the results
• Making preventive maintenance plan/schedule, execution of preventive maintenance plan.
• Co-ordination with electrical & instrumentation maintenance.
• Major role in maint.spare cost reduction –Import part to indigenous
• Looking after day to day activities for vendors of tool room and monitoring the jobs.
• Specially looking  major maintenance of  SMD, Pick & place machines ,CNC Winding machine & Hydraulic Press, Ignition coil - Hedrich epoxy potting m/c, Hobbing m/c, CNC grinding m/c,VMC, Charmils EDM m/c and all utility section m/c as like a D.G.set ,Compressor, centralized chilling plant –Voltas make and exhaust system.
